Delete Your
Quantum Miner Account
You can delete your Quantum Miner account directly within the mobile app or by submitting a web deletion request below. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
📱 Option 1: Delete Directly In-App (Instant)
- 1 Open the Quantum Miner app on your device.
- 2 Go to the Profile / Settings screen.
- 3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm deletion to immediately purge your account and data.
🗑️ Data that will be permanently deleted
- Your account profile, email address, display name & UID
- Cloud mining history, hashrate stats, and active sessions
- Virtual BTC balance, withdrawal history, and wallet records
- Referral link, referred users, and bonus history
- Rented/Purchased hardware miners and boosts
- In-app purchase records and entitlements
- Global leaderboard rankings and achievement history
🛡️ Data retained temporarily (if applicable)
- Anonymized financial transaction records (retained up to 30 days for legal & fraud prevention compliance)
- Aggregated, non-personally identifiable app analytics
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your mined balance, hash rate, and rewards cannot be recovered. Please process any pending withdrawals before submitting this request.
Option 2: Submit Web Deletion Request
